This Tuesday, October 20, I will have the honor to participate in the Transform Africa Summit, an important event bringing together more than 2500 participants in Rwanda, under the theme of Africa’s Transformation in the Era of digital economy.
My participation, as part of a panel discussion on Innovative Financing for Development (IFD), will be broadcast live on this site. We will discuss, among other things, new approaches to financing for development and the central role of information and communications technologies in the transformation of Africa and developing countries. We will continue the discussion on innovative financing, initiated under the MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) by IFD advocates such as Philippe Douste-Blazy, and propose new courses of action in the context of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
The live webcast of the panel discussion will begin on Tuesday, October 20, at 10:15 AM. The event will be held in Kigali, Rwanda, Akagera Marquee.
I invite you to connect to follow my exchanges with other panelists. I also encourage you to post your own questions and comments. After the round table, I will select a few to continue the discussion with you.
